I, Leroy Reed, have been incarcerated for over 29 years. My due process rights have been violated. While waiting on appeal I discovered that certain documents needed to effectuate my claims for innocence are being withheld by the Philadelphia D.A.’s office.
They will not furnish me the documents, this huge delay has caused me numerous years of unlawful detention. The states failure to issue me the Affidavit of Probable Cause for issuance of an Arrest Warrant is missing.
Assigned Counsels were all ineffective. If anyone out there has any legal training and would like to help me in my crusade for my freedom, please contact me.
